I usually recover 90% of my muscles after a few hours. It's my energy I will be low on for Sunday so Rhein Ruhr is a "social" skate concentrating on technique not speed.

It was nice to skate with Markus last year after the front pack left me behind. Not sure how he ended up in front of me though ...

I am racing Mittlerhein on Saturday and rolling round Duisburg Rhein-Ruhr on Sunday. I will look for your DusFor t-shirts for those of you I know.
