Starting times 17 october 2004
First start for:
Inline 42 km, at 08.30h (same time for everyone, max 2000 participants).
Inline 12 km, at 10.00h (starting in groups of max 500 persons)
Running 12 km, at 13.00 (starting in groups of max 1000 persons).
Starting Groups: Each group (for example A) starting at the same time. It
doesn't matter if it's written A3 or A8.
Distribution of Number tickets
Hovet. (the name of the arena)
Saturday 16th October between 13.00-19.00. Enterance from "Arenavägen" (name of the street). Globen gate.
Sunday 17th October from 07.30. Enterence from Arenagången.
Pls collect your number tickets in good time.
Seeding: Both in running and inlines we will dispose a certain number of
top-level (elite) participants. This will be more precise later on. To participate in the top-level you have to send in your name in advance. During the running there is possobilities to "seeda" .. click here! ...
Starting rules
At Tunnelloppet we run the principle "First announced - First to start".
There is lot of space during the whole Tunnelloppet. Everyone can keep their own tempo no matter where you start. Slow runners keep to the right. Our functinoray staff will see to it that the left way is free for those who wish to race (or run) faster.
Sticks (liek ski sticks) and baby carriage (prams) are NOT permitted during
the inline race or running race.
42 km inline only for the fast racers!
All announced will be able to start. Fast racers means that you can race
42km in 1.40-2.0 hours time. Everyone who lap their last time latest 10.30
are allowed to fulfill the race. Laping after 10.00 will be temporary
stopped to put through the starters for 12 km-race. Due to saftey reason we can't mix inlines and runners.
Cancellation insurance
Folksam's (name of the insurance company) insurance "Startklar" cost 75 kr
and is valid for all swedish participant and can be announced here ..=>

Recommendation of age
We recommend 12 year for the participants who will run and race the
short inline race. 18 year for 42 km inlines. Under age only when the they
participate together with with their parents.
Photos of the runners
During the race there will be photos taken. Photografs can be at different
places along the trace and that the finishing line.

Globen area
We have 3 of the swedish perhpas 10 largest arenas at our disposition;
Globe, Hovet and Annexet. To receive a picture of the area and read about

The starting tickets are to be collected at Hovet (there will also be a
sport exhibition at Hovet during 16-17 Oct.).
During 17th of Oct this arena will also the used as a meeting place before
the race staring.
The clothing storage are located at the arena Annexet.
Globen (the swedish national arena) is the goal arena. Our vision is that
everyone will be that person that in the light of the spotlight gets the audiences loud applauses!
Both the audience and the participant will have access to the arena in one
way or other.
